You can sample the different types of coffee in a peaceful and warmth environment that will transport you to the festivity of the most famous Costa Rican crop at Rancho “La Cajuela”, with a capacity to accommodate 200 guests. A visit to the plantation will provide you with knowledge about the different methods of cultivation from the seedling to the matured plant; the opportunity to be exposed to the manual harvesting of coffee and what the different variables such as altitude, the volcanic soils, the temperature, and the plant itself (Arabica) will do to make an excellent quality coffee.
